Today I received Jesus wants to Save Christians in the mail today. It's a book by renowned pastor of Mars Hill Church, Rob Bell. I first heard about this book while listening to the church podcast on Itunes.
When I heard Rob say that he had collaborated on a new book, I got excited.
When he mentioned that it was only days away from being distributed, I got even more excited.
Then I realized the specific podcast I was listening to was a few weeks old.
I bought the book immediately.
I'll let you know how it goes, but I really hope this also helps me during my "time in the desert" with God. Also I will be catching up on his two tours "The Gods Aren't Angry" and "Everything is Spiritual."
Now, as long as I can fit those in between my episodes of Entourage I'll be great.
