There's a group of people that I hang around often, and I would consider them friends.

What some people don't realize, is that most of the people you encounter in your life, you may only have a temporary stay with until God decides it's time for each to move on.  Though you can try to keep in contact, it doesn't necessarily mean they are still a big part of your life, as only a chosen few will be there until the end of your days.  Life is full of meetings, partings, and reunions, and we have to come to grips with that.  Some are only a part of your life for a time, you build into one another and are there for each other, but after that time is up it's time to move on; hopefully having learned something new in the process.

It's for this reason that I want to take the time to mention these people specifically.  In some form or another, each person I am about to name has been an asset to my calling in life.  I am going through a transition, and though I know this ultimately comes from God, I am confident that he is using other people in order to help shape who I am.  Whether it be through a discussion, an experience, or a willing heart, each has attributed to my change and me finding my true identity in Christ. Though we have only known each other for a short amount of time, I know that these people have, are, and will continue building into me in some form or another, and I hope that I have helped them in some way.  Specifically it's hard to say what exactly each has been able to contribute, but that will come with time and when this journey comes to an end.  Right now I am simply in the middle of it, learning and growing, and these are the ones helping me to do it:
